Meet the Filmmakers

Gabriel Campisi is a writer, director, producer, and author who began shooting Super-8mm films at the age of eight, and by the time he was 15 was winning film festivals and contests across the country. He has worked on everything from pop-star music videos and Mrs. America Pageants to national commercials, ESPN Sports, HBO Specials, independent and studio features, and everything in between. He is a skilled Premiere-Pro editor and proficient cinematographer, and has vast experience working with practical and pyrotechnic visual effects, as well as computer-generated imagery (CGI).

Gabe has written for industry and genre magazines, including Hollywood Reporter and Fangoria, and has been featured in Variety Magazine's VIP+ Reports.

He has first-hand experience in every facet of motion picture and television production, from the creative to the technical to the fiscal.​ He is a member of the Producers Guild of America (P.G.A.).

Magda Marcella is an actress, writer, and producer. After studying ballet since the age of three and dreaming of becoming a professional ballerina, she fell in love with acting and storytelling when her family moved to Moscow, Russia, where she attended countless plays at Moscow’s many theaters scene almost every week. After returning to Austin, Texas, she continued taking theater classes and taking part in local theater and independent film productions.

Magda is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has acted in, written, produced, and directed many independent films, shorts, series, and PSAs. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA. In recent years, she has been focusing on development and film financing.
She is passionate about telling stories, whether through acting, writing, or producing, that bring people together, and especially impassioned with projects that give a voice to people who have been silenced.​

John J. D'Angelo brings over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including music, film, and visual arts. As a staffed songwriter with Sony ATV, he wrote and produced music alongside top producers like Espionage, Claude Kelly, Rob Graves, Don Gilmore, and others. A film school grad with certifications in both Unity Game Design and Unreal Engine for film and virtual production, John has written and directed over 100 projects, including music videos, short films, national ad campaigns, and corporate materials. Experienced in many aspects of post-production—from film scoring and editing to VFX compositing and more—he brings a comprehensive artistic vision to every project. Excelling in 2D art—from previsualization and storyboards to concept art, movie posters, and pitch decks—he enhances his work with detailed visual planning. Staying at the forefront of technological advancements, he leverages the latest AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, and more to enhance his creative output and streamline the production process.
